Trainee Sales & Customer Service Advisor |Aylesbury | Part time

IMMEDIATE START – £9,385 Part time

A fantastic company based in Aylesbury is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage enquiries, sales orders and assisting the accounts team
  • Effectively process customers’ orders via, calls, emails, or web orders
  • Determine customer requirements and identify the best solutions with the company processes and procedures
  • Generate and follow-up quotations
  • Generating enquiries from customer contact calls
  • Resolve customer complaints and queries in a professional and reassuring manner and in accordance with company policy.
  • Maintaining and updating CRM and Navision Software
  • Communicating with internal and external departments
  • Accountability for individual performance
  • Verifying orders and drawings are processed and ensuring deliveries arrive on time
