Sales & Customer Service | Aylesbury | Full Time


FULL TIME – £24K DOE – Mon – Thurs 8.30am – 17.00pm Friday 8.30 am – 14.30 pm


My client is looking for a salesperson with excellent levels of customer service and product/technical support.


Key Responsibilities


  • Contact new and existing customers
  • Generating enquiries from customer contact calls
  • Update contacts details on CRM database
  • Manage enquiries and quotes
  • Processing sales orders
  • Weekly reports of sales orders
  • Liaise with Sales Engineers
  • Communicate with the export office in Germany
  • Product OTD to customers




  • Logging Enquiries and entering information onto CRM
  • Meet and surpass minimum levels of customer contact and enquiry levels
  • Preparation and follow up of quotations
  • Process drawings and check correct products are ordered
  • Consult with customers order process and delivery
  • Prepare agendas for meetings, IE input, output, and customer quotations
  • Collaborated with internal departments as required.
