Sales & Customer Service | Aylesbury | Full Time
FULL TIME – £24K DOE – Mon – Thurs 8.30am – 17.00pm Friday 8.30 am – 14.30 pm
My client is looking for a salesperson with excellent levels of customer service and product/technical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact new and existing customers
- Generating enquiries from customer contact calls
- Update contacts details on CRM database
- Manage enquiries and quotes
- Processing sales orders
- Weekly reports of sales orders
- Liaise with Sales Engineers
- Communicate with the export office in Germany
- Product OTD to customers
Experience:
- Logging Enquiries and entering information onto CRM
- Meet and surpass minimum levels of customer contact and enquiry levels
- Preparation and follow up of quotations
- Process drawings and check correct products are ordered
- Consult with customers order process and delivery
- Prepare agendas for meetings, IE input, output, and customer quotations
- Collaborated with internal departments as required.
