My client, based in Aylesbury are looking for an Accounts Payable specialist to perform a 9 month fixed term contract.

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Ensuring all invoices are checked, approved and inputted in line with month end deadlines
  • Reviewing and processing Direct Debits
  • Creation of new Vendor accounts
  • Statement reconciliations and minimising overdue invoices in line with payment terms
  • facilitating and learning processing within systems

The role comes with work from home benefits and will give you experience working for one of the UK’s leading travel specialists.

The hours are 9-5 Monday to Friday.
