Technical Support and Sales Manager | Aylesbury | Full time

FULL TIME – £28K – £30k DOE

My client is looking for a strong business development manager with a technical background.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product development through insights from customer buying behaviour and market research, product design and technical support
  • Marketing campaigns and product launches, training at Suppling Companies
  • Quotes from drawing and customer enquiries, Implementation of schedules and creating project timelines
  • Profit analysis and forecasting to improve and develop product marketing strategies
  • Identifying the specifications and requirements of the product based on customer preference, use of enclosure calculation tools
  • Maintain Customer relationship management (CRM System) and Navision software
  • Advanced Networking, sales and marketing skills including approaching potential distributors
  • Maintain a market /regulatory developments relevant to product development, maintain a detailed knowledge of company’s products
  • Excellent negotiating, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Maintaining an extremely high level of support and contact with supplying companies, Working with multi-disciplinary teams for product development
  • Reporting to senior management, Develop and support junior members of the product development team
  • Ensuring that quality of performance and products supplied, are maintained and improved, ad hoc troubleshooting across all departments in your control.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and discretion when discussing the production roll-out

 

Experience:

  • Previous experience of working in business development
  • Proven technical experience
  • Knowledge of maintaining CRM
