A fantastic company based in Aylesbury is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively process customers’ orders via, calls, emails, or web orders
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Determine customer requirements and identify the best solutions with the company processes and procedures
  • Process and manage enquiries, sales orders and assisting the accounts team with invoice queries
  • Resolve customer complaints and queries in a professional and reassuring manner and in accordance with company policy.
  • Developing and maintaining great relationships with distributors
  • Communicating with internal departments
  • Accountability for individual performance


  • Experience working in a similar role
  • Confident with dealing with people at all levels
  • Ability to work as part of a wider team and individually
  • Adaptable/flexible/motivated
