Sales Account Manager | Thame | Fulltime
£25-£30k basic – £45-£50k with bonus
My client in Thame is offer an existing new position for a Sales Account Manager working mainly in the office with some field-based work, a key contributor to a target driven, customer focused, commission-based sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and cultivate a pipeline of prospective sales
- Manage and coordinate sales calls, inbound and outbound
- Contribute to the Annual Business Plan to achieve the sales forecast as set out.
- Excellent customer service throughout the sales and delivery process
- Meeting and exceeding personal sales targets /goals
- Tracking sales, reporting results as require, liaison with Finance team
- Working with the wider sales team to ensure inbound and outbound sales calls, are managed effectively, to the highest standard
- Prompting the organisation and products wherever possible
- Excellent customer profiling and how they relate to our products
- Comply with all GDPR confidentiality and data security requirements and report any potential issues or breaches to the MD
- Ad hoc reasonable tasks as requested by a manager or Director
- Be responsible for your own Health and Safety and report any potential issues to the MD
Experience:
- Degree in business or 2 years in related field desirable
- 2 years minimum Sales experience in a B2B environment
- Experience in customer relationship management
- Excellent organisation skills, ability to work at a fast pace
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, results orientated and uses initiative
