Customer Service Assistant (French speaking)
Our client based in Aylesbury is looking for French speaking Customer Service Assistant to join their team. They are a fast growing distributor of promotional gifts and giveaways. Roughly 1 in 4 inbound calls could be from French speaking clients, which is why this is such an important part of the role. Any other European languages (written and spoken) would also be beneficial.
- Quoting clients via telephone and e-mail based from our set price list as well as requesting quotations for our factories in UK/Asia, and adding mark-ups to quote the client.
- Order processing
- Dealing with clients requests and advising them of the status of their orders.
- Making contact with old clients that have no dealt with us for a long period to re-stimulate business.
- Website and Document translations.
- Attending trade exhibitions (national + international)
- Working with design programs to look at client artwork and creating mock-ups if required (full training will be given).
A bit more detail:
- Full time position: 8:30-5:00pm – Mon-Friday
- Salary: £22k-£25k (depends on experience)
- 20 days holiday + bank holidays
