Our clients based in Banbury are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Assist to join them immediately on a temporary basis. This is a great opportunity to work for a well-established transport company based in Banbury.   

This will be an office based position, working closely with the Customer Service team assisting customers with enquiries and potentially complaints.

Ideal candidates will have worked in a Customer Service based role, have experience with complaints handling, have a calm approach and be competent with both written and verbal communication.

Working hours for this position are on a shift basis, shifts are rotating with you working 4 shifts out of 7 days.  Total working hours is 9 hours (30min lunch) between the hours of 0600 and 2200 7 days. Shifts would be allocated in advance.

Payrate for this role is £15.00 ph.

For the first 3 weeks, you will be training and the working hours would be 09:00 – 17:00.
