My client, based in Oxford are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor.
Job Description:
- Provide industry leading customer service, answering all calls and online enquiries in a timely and professional manner (90% service level). Representing the face of the company to the high standards expected.
- Working with EMEAA distributors, to ensure the dispatch of orders, including all necessary paperwork
- Order entry and processing, ensuring order accuracy, ensuring the customer is kept up to date and the focus is on the customer’s journey
- Work closely with the warehouse and sales team where needed to ensure the high standards
- Assist in any areas of the Rapidcare team as required
- Cross training to provide cover for other team members when required
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role
- Sound working knowledge of sales order processing
