Customer Service Advisor | Oxford | £22-26K

My client, based in Oxford are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor.

Job Description:

Provide industry leading customer service, answering all calls and online enquiries in a timely and professional manner (90% service level). Representing the face of the company to the high standards expected.
Working with EMEAA distributors, to ensure the dispatch of orders, including all necessary paperwork
Order entry and processing, ensuring order accuracy, ensuring the customer is kept up to date and the focus is on the customer’s journey
Work closely with the warehouse and sales team where needed to ensure the high standards
Assist in any areas of the Rapidcare team as required
Cross training to provide cover for other team members when required

Experience:
