Accounts Assistant | Aylesbury | Hybrid 2 days working from home

FULL TIME|£21,000 – £24,000

My client is a manufacturer and supplier of luxury materials, with continued growth and an exciting future, a new position is available in their Accounts department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Invoice and payment processing
  • Liaising with internal departments and supplier queries
  • Spreadsheets for account’s meeting with company directors
  • Maintain records and filing for accounts department
  • Ad hoc accounts tasks

Experience:

  • Must have at least Level 2AAT or equivalent
  • Excellent written and mathematical skills
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of SAP system is a benefit, all training will be provided
  • Good IT skills, including Excel spreadsheets
  • Clean UK driving license and own transport

Pay and Conditions

  • Salary £21,00 – £24,000 pa (dependent upon skills and experience)
  • 20 days paid holiday plus all statutory back holidays. You will gain an additional 1-day holiday for every year worked at the company (maximum of 3 additional days)
  • Monday to Friday, 9.00 am – 5.00 pm, half hour lunch break
