We are celebrating our 30th year in business as Aylesbury’s leading independent Recruitment Consultancy. We will be doing lots of exciting things to celebrate, with changes taking place and fun events, so watch this space!

Started from a first floor office with just one employee in 1987 we quickly became a market leader in recruitment and now have a team of 8 staff, taken over two competitor firms in the 90’s and moved into larger double fronted offices in Buckingham Street.

We pride ourselves on providing a personalised service for individual clients and cover three main industry sectors, including Industrial,Commercial and Technical recruitment.
Together the staff of Sky Personnel have over 60 years of recruitment experience and we are focused on providing a professional and efficient service.

With an ever changing employment market in Aylesbury and an increase in the service sector Sky Personnel has ensured that its service is adapted to provide recruitment solutions in these areas.
Our Commercial Division has two dedicated consultants focusing on permanent recruitment and one dedicated consultant for temporary recruitment. The Industrial and Technical Division is managed by two consultants covering both temporary and permanent recruitment. With dedication and commitment our team ensure’s that our knowledge of the local employment market is second to none.

Our Managing Director Paul Tilleard: “Sky Personnel – specialising in supplying temporary and permanent staff to local businesses – is successful because of a culmination of factors,”says Paul. “Our job is getting to grips with what the clients want and understanding their needs,” he says. “We tend to undersell and over-deliver.”

We have seen a dramatic increase in the use of temporary staff in recent years, with a constantly changing demand for staff, a number of companies rely on a flexible workforce and it is in this area that Sky has excelled.

Our success in the field is largely due to sheer commitment and flexibility of approach.

“If a client needs a temp at 6am they know we can be reached immediately on our 24 hour number, having the matter in hand and not have to wait until normal office opening time.” This commitment level also extends to staff who share on-call responsibility and extends to the temporary workers who themselves wait on standby for that early morning call.

Our consistent delivery of excellent service since 1987 means that Sky Personnel remains the preferred supplier to many local clients, old, new, large and small despite the arrival of new competition over the years.
